Wow, has it been a while!

Howdy all,

I know it's been a long while since I last wrote a journal entry.  On top of that, I had not published a story in a bit.  Well fear not, I still have many stories in the que waiting for me to edit them.  I've got a few more D&D stories already written, two Star Wars, and a few stand alone horror stories to put out. 

However one of the big reasons things seemed to slow down a bit from me was that I was going through some rough times.  I lost a major source of income and had been struggling to replace it.  Yet in October I happen to come across a new job by happenstance that brings in good money and also gives me a solid amount of time to write. 

On the book front, I am still working on it.  I've been doing a few more edits of the book and have found numerous problems and issues I've got to iron out.  After that I want to work with another development editor to get it ready.  I originally thought about going through a writers group.  Yet I'm a little hesitant hearing from them as I'm not sure what the feedback will be like or if it will be useful.  I'd rather work with someone who is interested helping me get it ready. 

I would still love to publish the book through traditional publishers.  However, I am aware of how they have become very skittish and slightly adverse to taking chances on new unpublished authors.  So while at first I am going to try again with publishing agents, I'm only going to stay with that for a couple months.  Then if I get no bites from an agent, then I plan on going through the Ebook route.
